Had a new AC installed in October 2017. After meeting with 5 companies, Veteran Air was the only company that shot me straight, didn't try to oversell me and actually showed up for the initial appointment on time even though I couldn't meet until almost 8pm! (Thanks Joe W for meeting me late at night)Once we signed out contract, Joe W followed up with me until we were ready to schedule our install. The morning of the install, my wife called to tell me that Veteran Air was parked outside our house 15 minutes early and unloading their equipment, finally knocking on the door at the exact moment of the install. Both Eric B and Max (installers) were professional and accommodating to my wife and 3 yappy dogs all day. They walked her through every step of the process before, during and after the install to make sure she was comfortable with what they were doing.That night, when I got home, I was surprised to see that my wife had swept out the back half of the garage until she said "nope, that was Max and Eric... they were cleaning up after themselves and got a little carried away with the sweeping." How amazing is that? Going above and beyond! Whether you are a veteran or not, this is the company to use! I would put them up against any of the companies I interviewed for the job and choose Veteran Air again in a heart beat!
