The only word that comes to mind is "Outstanding" this company really takes the time to listen their customers. We were unsure about our paint colors and they really took the time to go over color selection, Eileen Kuntz has a great eye for color. She was able to pick a colors that we would have never thought of she captured our home and hit a home run. She also has a fabulous eye for decorating and helped me and my wife with our floor plan and helped select the right furnishings for our home. We purchased an older home and didn't know a thing about decorating, but after walking through our home she took some sketches and came back the next day with a very organized plan on each of the rooms, we love our Florida room the most, she really captured the tropical feel and chose the brightest color in the box for this room but the ensemble she chose really fit this room perfect!!! I am so impressed by the professionalism, the courtesy, the consideration of both John and Eileen and couldn't be more pleased with the work done by this company. Universal painted the complete interior of my new home, he came out over on Christmas Eve to do the measuring and send me a proposal (which was the best of all those provided) and squeezed me into their busy schedule to do the job. They did a magnificent job in patching some ceiling faults, covering old stains and the painting in general and the quality of paint (Sherwin Williams) is so high and I have plenty remaining of each color for touch ups later. Their cut work is excellent, they removed and replaced blinds and fixtures as needed and worked so efficiently they were done in 2 days rather then the projected 3 days. I will highly recommend this company for both residential and commercial work. I feel I've made friends and am so proud of the work they did. This is the company to hire!

Our home was recently powerwashed, caulked and painted by Universal Paint using Sherwin Williams paint. We were very pleased with the results. Crew came on time, worked hard and was clean and careful. John, the owner, was here to oversee every detail and was helpful throughout the project. We can't say enough good things about this excellent company.
