      I bought an upright sweeper 12 months ago through Bio Tech Research. It's very powerful and we accidently ran over the cord several times. It skinned the cord down through some of the wires. The motor is now not getting enough power so I just wanted to get the cord replaces. I took it to Tops and the agent there barely looked at it - told me it was the motor that is shot, and immediately tried to sell me a new sweeper. The one I took in for repair is only 1 yr old. He was not the least bit interested in repairing my sweeper....only in selling me a new one. I walked out very upset & disappointed. lel - Bradenton, Fl
