Last 2 visits out of 4 total, very disappointing. Service is not very consistent. Has younger staff that don't really seem to care about making customers happy. It's a shame.

Food was fine. Service VERY slow - their menu is also WAY too extensive for "everything ... cooked to order." Their statement that "We use only the best, locally sourced ingredients" is clearly absurd unless they mean that they buy their suppliers from a Tampa Bay restaurant supply company like Sysco. Conch is NOT a local product. The biggest problem for us was the noise level. A big squirrel cage fan at the back was so loud that the waitress couldn't even hear my order. The result was that the customers were basically shouting at each other, making the situation worse. (They also lost power, but that wasn't their fault. By then, our meals had arrived and we ate in twilight from the daylight outside and the emergency lights. And, of course, their credit card machine has battery backup! <smile>.) They are new (less than a month) and (as I told them) they have some growing to do. The first thing is to slash the menu in half. There was one other review - probably from the owners
