  Celeste joined Ed in January 2021 and assists Ed in a variety of tasks. She is responsible for the production of discovery documents (such as financial affidavit, responses to requests for production, and answers to interrogatories) and parenting plans. • Premarital Agreement
  Ed Sobel is a Certified Family Mediator. His certification is from the Florida Supreme Court. He has been trained by Next Generation Divorce to advise and represent individuals who choose, with their spouse, to avoid litigation by engaging in the collaborative law process. Mr. Sobel has negotiated and drafted numerous prenuptial agreements. He can implement the division of retirement by the drafting of a Qualified Domestic Relation Order (QDRO). Ed Sobel appears in domestic violence injunction and contempt cases. His appeals of family law matters have resulted in many written decisions.
• Spousal Support
  We apply the circumstances of the marriage, along with the Florida law and Federal Income Tax consequences, to determine whether alimony is appropriate, and if it should be awarded, the amount and terms of the support payments.

Julia is responsible for office management, billing, calendar management, and production of legal pleadings and correspondence. She handles clients’ issues with care and compassion.

  Mr. Sobel’s experience and education assist with the identification, valuation and distribution of marital assets and debts. His expertise is utilized to determine and implement equitable distribution with consideration of Florida law and Federal tax law.
