Dealing with ina Baden has been one very unpleasant experience. She is unprofessional and a bully. When we met to arrange the estate sale she failed to mention that she would add a load of stuff she failed to sell at other sales. She marked several pieces of furniture as sold before the sale ended, these were to go to her "guy" in Clearwater that was to buy all the unsold items at a lot price. In addition, Ms Baden told me her crew had taken half a bin of my items for another sale to add to my profit. I'm sure I never got a dime from that theftNone of this was ever disclosed to me before the sale or I never would have agreed. I informed her I did not want the rest of my things taken by the guy in Clearwater. This made her very unhappy. I asked her what was I supposed to do with all the items they brought in from other sales that did not sell. She told me to pack it up and take it to Goodwill! I have no doubt I have been cheated.

We hired this company for an estate sale. If you have a choice please use someone else. We are very unhappy. Nothing is explained very well at the beginning and we never had a chance to get things that we did not want to sale. The "helpers" where very rude, impolite, bad-mannered and inconsiderate, and the same for the owner. We where asked to make a list of things that where not for sale and a "helper" put this in the refrigerator with all the appliance manuals, of course the owner of the company never saw the list? I do know one thing, if there is ever another chance that I have to have an estate sale it WILL NOT be with this company! Please do your research, read reviews, visit a few sales, before making your decision. In a few words my experience was, unacceptable, atrocious, inadequate and unsatisfactory. Please do your do your research before making a decision.

Palma Sola Estate Sales are my Favorite! Their prices are fair, the workers are all so very nice , they truly are a FUN group! If....I wasn't so busy with my own business....I would be at every Sale they Had!

I am handicappped and just learning how to walk again. Last Saturday my grandaughter asked me to go to a few estate sales in the hopes of finding a few things for her new home. I went using my walker, but had to sit down. We returned near one o'clock, when items are marked down 50%. I asked the one lady if i could stay inside and sit in the chair, rather then stand in a line outside at one. I promised I would not move. She said ok, then some old lady in a brown outfit came over and became cruel, malicious and mean with her mouth. She then went outside, embarassed my grandaughter, telling everyone in line i was claiming to be handicapped and that i was not shopping, only my grandaughter was. This is harassement. When at one they let people in, I did not move. The only time i moved was after my grandaughter's items were paid for. When I asked the name of the company, they ignored me until one gal finally told me it. The one i malicious old lady who lack compassion and understanding
