The organization administers the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). It has a work force of more than 425 employees and is located in Bradenton, Fla. Operation PAR additionally provides case management and educational services. The organization has more than 40,000 participants and offers psychological assessment, psychotropic medication, counseling and care planning services. Operation PAR conducts training sessions for the development of life skills. It offers laboratory, medical detoxification, and research and evaluation services.
