Our experience with Mr. Grout/Robert Cornell was time consuming, costly, and most importantly, ineffectual. He came to our home to repair a leak in the second floor shower stall. He removed the flooring and then reinstalled it without having replaced either the shower pan or strainer below. The original problem of a leak was unresolved. The project then had to be redone at our expense, this time replacing the shower pan and strainer. Upon removal of the original shower pan, numerous patches were revealed. Would I recommend Mr. Grout? I don't think so!

We were very disappointed with this company. We requested regrouting of our shower and they set up a time and date. They didn't show up but called and said they got lost. They set an appointment for 2 days later but never showed up or called. We'll be looking for someone who's reliable.
