I called first to see how busy they were. I called another one down the road. Both told me that they weren't that busy (on New Years day) so I chose the closest one to AMI. First we waited one hour in the lobby. Ok, I understand there could be other more urgent than me. They called me back to the room to wait on the doctor. It took him quite awhile to come to the room to confirm I needed antibiotics. Then I waited well over an hour for the prescription to be written. SO did the previous person. So much for HIPPA laws and privacy. He kept the door open the whole time & I heard all about the other patient's problems. Tells me I'll feel better immediately once I get the prescription filled. so 3 hours later I am getting the script filled. In the meantime I am suffering for no apparent reason. Oh yea, when I was FINALLY given my prescriptions I hurry to the car and look at them. The wrong person's name is on my prescriptions... so back I go! Not a well oiled machine!
