I have been on the phone for over 30 minutes, not counting the first 7 minutes that I was transferred from department to department and then hung up on by the eternal ringing phone system. I already had the name of the person and department that I needed, and the order was already prepared. I only needed to give our company credit card so that the order would be placed. The phone was set down on the counter for several minutes while I listened to the customer service desk continually trying to look up our information by the wrong phone number. I yelled into the phone forever trying to get them to pick up the phone, without reposnse. Finally it was picked back up, but it still took another 15 minutes to put the credit card in. What a nightmare. I left out about 15 minutes of this ordeal due to space shortage here... totally unacceptable customer service.. Lowe's get your act together!
