I had these people install a brand new air conditioner 3 years ago (2011). They charged me each year since to inspect it. Now (Sep 2014) it doesn't work. I asked them to come take a look. They said I have to pay $90 for them just to come over to tell me how much more I'd have to pay to fix what they installed? They said "that's the fee, take it or leave it". These people have been very unresponsive and rude ever since they got all the money they can possibly get out of me after that new AC installation. Twice before I asked them for service and both times they cancelled my appointment for bogus reasons. Now, after all the thousands of dollars they made off of me, they still want to charge me just to visit my house. These people are nice until they get your money. Then they are rude and unresponsive. When they originally installed my new AC, they told me "your electric bill will be cut in half". It hasn't gone done one dollar. I gave one star only because there is no less choice.

An A+++++++++++++ company. he staff in so curteous and helpful, and the technicians are extremely knowledgable, months ago I was told I needed a new unit, so I caled for a second opinion. They did not charge me one oenny to come out and take a look at my system, which, by the way did not need to be replaced, just needed a little work. For someone like me on a fixed income...this was a miracle. I will reccommend Larry Preason Air Conditioning to everyone I know!! Thank you for being an HONEST company that consumers can trust!

I was out of town and the company we had been using suggested some major overhall that had to be done to our air, My sitters boy friend;s family had uses LPAC and we had them come out, they fixed the problem for half the cost without any hassles or big pushy offers.. We have used them again since then and are very satisfied...

A+++ A few weeks ago, on a very hot Sunday afternoon, our AC failed. We have been customers of "another ac company" for years, and knew that we were headed for a new unit, but they didn't seem to be able to "help" us this day. My husband contacted Larry Pearson Air Conditioning around 6pm. To be fair, they couldn't get to us either, but, at 8:15 Monday morning, our phone rang; at 9:00 a service manager was in our kitchen writing an order, and at 4:00, their installers were leaving our home and we had air conditioning. I was so impressed with the service, professionalism and courtesy.
