Not only did they mess up installing my clutch kit- they damaged other parts in the process. I knew immediately on the way home something was wrong. The new mechanic argued with me and the owner, Kyle refused to even look it again. They only would accept cash for payment and then refused to fix their mistakes. I had to take it elsewhere the same day to have another shop fix all of their mistakes. Very rude and unprofessional as well as a waste of time and money

So, here is the story.On September 1st, I bought a Saturn Vue from Kyle. He had "just rebuilt the transmission." I actually gave him more than book value for it because, as Kyle put it, "the transmission alone is worth $1500." Kyles wife assure me that he had "fixed the problem" with the Saturn. Fast forward to November 13th, the transmission breaks, leaving me stranded.On the 14th, I called Kyle, thinking he would do the right thing and stand by his work. He REFUSED to even look at the car, saying "it's not my problem, I don't want anything to do with it. I don't know how to fix a CVT." How did he fix a CVT if he didn't know how? The FACT that he refused to stand by his work speaks to his ethic,and the fact that his work only held together two months speaks to his skill leavel. Don't trust this guy,learn from my mistake, I'm out three thousand dollars and stuck with no car because Kyle is an incompetentmechanic and dishonest.

If they get busy, it's worth the wait. Mr. Tom always explains everything to me & treats my car like he would work on his own mothers. I leave feeling safe driving my car.

They have worked on several cars for me and done a great job.

Can I give less then one star? Horrible job repairing my car. I'll not go back!
