Gettel toyota is always very professional..never any sneak repairs...I am always given a list of suggestions with pricing,,,and always the decision to make the repairs or not is up to me. I have never met a rude or annoyed employee...regardless of my decision...I am always treated with respect and a smile! I have always recommend Gettel to others..and will continue to do so. I bought a Corolla last March and the process was handled in a respectful and courteous fashion. The total opposite of another local dealer. There was no pressure and my salesperson, Javiar, was extremely helpful and low keyed. I went in for my first "free" service and everyone was polite, efficient, and friendly. They had an extremely nice waiting room. Just yesterday, after being parked in a lot, I noticed someone has scraped the side of my new car with black paint. I took it back to Gettel Toyota, as they also have a Collision Center. They quoted me a very reasonable price, a very nice young man took care of me immediately (Hunter) and was able to arrange to get it painted right away. Then a shuttle took me directly home. Later that day, the shuttle picked me up and took me back to my repaired car. It looked brand new! It was an extremely pleasant experience for an unexpected situation. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
