Dr. Paquin originally is from Homestead, Florida. Graduated from Indiana University in 1985 with a Bachelors in Telecommunications/Television Production and with a minor in Biology. Graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 1989 with a Doctorate in Optometry. Dr. Paquin did a contact lens internship with Dr. Stephen Morris in Miami, Florida and his residency in ocular disease and pathology at the world renowned Saint Lukes Cataract and Laser Institute in Tarpon Springs, Florida under Dr. Jim Gills. Dr. Paquin is an active member in the American Optometric Association, Florida and Manasota Optometric Associations. His first practice was in San Antonio, Texas. Since then he came to Manatee county in 1990. He married his college sweetheart Lori and have three children: Allen, Lucas, and Danielle. Active in the local sports scene for greater than 28 years from Little League and pop Warner football to golfing and auto/power boat racing. He is an active member and Deacon at his church Bible Baptist Church in Bradenton.
