      General Info

      Dr. Philip W. Tally was born in Gadsden, Alabama. He attended medical school at the University of Alabama, Birmingham and his neurosurgical training at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine, Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Tally is the founding partner of Neurospinal Associates and a past president of the Florida Neurosurgical Society. He has served in a leadership role for the “Brain Attack” series in conjunction with Blake Medical Center and Manatee Memorial Hospital, where he is Vice–Chief of the Medical Staff.
