General Info

Dr. Michael A. King was born in Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies. He attended medical school at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore. Dr. King completed his surgical and neurosurgical internship and residency at Vanderbilt University Hospital, Nashville and his pediatric neurosurgical residency at University of California, San Francisco. Dr. King has been affiliated with Neurospinal Associates since 1990. Dr. King has served on the Neuroscience Committee and the Surgical Case & Special Procedure Review Committee at Blake Medical Center. In 2016 Dr. King was voted Blake Medical Center Doctor of the year.
