Upon walking in to the facility,we were all marked for security. I went to use the restroom and found it to be so filthy,I wanted to leave. Water mixed with urine covered the floor.no soap, paper towels were over flowing the trans. You could not was your hands, good thing I had hand sanitizer. I finally saw a manager and told her of the problem. She ASSURED me she would take care of it immediately. Within 90 minutes,I had to use it again. I found it to be worse than before. It was an invitation to fall. Worse than any restroom found along I10 in Texas and Arizona. A health code violation. I could not imagine the bacteria that exited that room and found its way to rides and the places small children put their hands. On the way out my grandson mentioned cotton candy,I wonder what year did they clean that machine last. Even a 10yr old went "yuck". Your great security ARE YOU CRAZY?One grandparent picked up her grandchild, allowed to leave with non matching numbers. When my granddaughter walked out with her daughter,no one was at the door. When I left a young man checked our numbers. I left my shoes outside my house, something that dirty was not coming in. We go there once a month, found the security to be at all times . Poor. The bathrooms are not clean but you didn't walk through ankle deep urine and water. I suggest parents bring a large hand sanitizer.
