Dr. Brian Berry has been part of the clinical research that has helped to dramatically advance cancer treatment in the past decade. He has served as a sub-investigator on numerous clinical trials and published articles and abstracts in several industry journals. He values the relationships he develops with his patients as well as the opportunity to help them through what is often a difficult situation. While attending medical school at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, Dr. Berry also earned a PhD in Pathology. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Southern California Medical Center and his fellowship in Medical Oncology at Scripps Clinic and Research Institute in La Jolla, California. He is Board-certified in Medical Oncology and Internal Medicine. He joined Florida Cancer Specialists in 2002 and had previously provided oncology care to patients in the Bradenton, Florida area.
