Always Home” Services (AHS) is dedicated to providing you the best service you can find when you are away from your home. AHS is owned and operated by a permanent resident of your community with a limited number of clients. I take pride in living here and will treat your property like it was my own. This gives me the ability to perform “neighborly” service while you are on vacation or away from home for extended periods of time. Your second home is a wonderful thing to have — a place of personal comfort, where you can leave the stress of your normal busy life behind... relax... renew... and truly enjoy your “away time” here in the Sunshine State. After all, you’ve worked hard. And you certainly deserve it. But, as with any investment, your “home away from home” will need TLC, especially here in The Gulf Coast of Florida, where Mother Nature demands attention. That’s where “Always Home” Services can play a crucial role in helping you maintain your home as a worry-free investment. Bonded and insured, I strive to be the “neighbor at home when you are not”. AHS can service your apartment, coach home, condo, or residence with pride and respect for your property. The following is a list of basic services that AHS can provide to their clients. If you do not see what you need on this list, see other services or contact AHS and they may be able to provide those additional services or refer you to a reputable vendor that is capable of satisfying your specific request. AHS is competent, convenient, and reliable. Flush toilets and run water in showers, sinks,tubs Signs of visible leaks in bath, kitchen utility room plumbing Hot water operation A/C and Humidistat (if installed) cooling and set (per instructions) and operational Any visible damage to property Appearance of insects or rodents Refrigerator and freezer operational Obvious signs of mold or mildew buildup Security system (if installed) set Visible leaks around doors and windows Exterior doors, windows, outdoor furniture and equipment is secure Monitor vendor services such as landscaping, house cleaning, etc. (per instructions) Curtains, blinds, window coverings are in position per instructions Circuit breaker, timers set per instructions Garage (if applicable) inspected Irrigation system set per instructions All doors are operational Newspapers, mailbox checked per instructions Monthly inspection report via email

AHS IS THE BEST !!!! I never have to worry about issues at our vacation home in Florida while we are away because of Always Home Services. It's like having a family member watch our home. John is very professional, reliable and trustworthy. He always keeps in contact with us via email regarding his weekly visits. One of his perks is his "concierge service" to and from the airport. No more taxi's!!!! We are very pleased with the service Mr. Wisz provides and would recommend him to anyone interested in a home watch service. Thank you John.

We just used their services for the first time while we were out of town for the week of Thanksgiving and found the rates to very reasonable. Our condo association requires us to turn our water and water heater off when we are out of town. We used Always Home Services to drive us to and from the airport and they made sure when we arrived back home are water heater was back on. No more cold showers when we return from a long trip. Thanks John!
We first used Always Home Services based on a friend's referral and couldn't be happier. The first time we used them they prepared our "winter" home in Bradenton for our arrival this fall. Since then we have utilized their airport pick up service for family members and friends. When they first met John he made them feel welcome, comfortable, and most importantly, he was on time.
