We were quite pleased with Cashman's when we first bought out trees through them. They seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Part of the reason we went with Cashman's is that they guaranteed their trees for a full year. If the tree dies, or looks to be on it's way out they are supposed to send someone over to look at the tree and assess what needs to be done. Two of our trees were not looking well so I went into the nursery at the end of last summer (within one year of purchasing the trees) and they said they would have someone contact me within the week and come assess the trees. No one called so I stopped back in. Again nothing. We tried calling but to no avail. Finally we gave up. This spring one of the trees has produced no leaves and we are convinced it is most likely dead (this was a very large $600 maple, which is very sad). My husband decided to call them about it. Again, they said they would contact us. Over two weeks later, nothing. I do not recommend anyone going to Cashman
