In Feb 2013 I called Buffalo to do restoration work. It's over 3 years later and my home is still not completed!! I was told 1 1/2 years ago they would have floors in and toilets and sinks working. I hired a mover and Buffalo knew I was coming with everything I owned. When I got there the floors were just being started and none of the sinks or toilets were even installed...they were laying in my bedroom and family room!! The movers had to put everything in the garage. I had to sleep on the floor and used a double lined garbage can for my "toilet" for over 2 weeks. They forgot to plug in the Jacuzzi when they tiled it up, so it had to be ripped apart to plug it in!! My insurance told me to fire them and hire someone else. My realtor said the equity I had in my home previously, was all gone now, because they replaced my quality items with cheap. Two neighbors have also had a terrible experience with them. They don't care what they've done to my home, or how badly it's hurt me!
Working with the staff at Buffalo has been an outstanding experience. On a professional level they have complete integrity for their clients, with a facility that is state of the art. I would highly highly recommend their services when you go through a disaster.
