I would never go through this management again. The apartments were great but their staff is lazy and never helpful. According to my contract I was suppost to receive my security deposit in 30 days but it has been over 3 months and I still have not received it. When I call them about it they tell me it will be mailed. Be sure you read the contract and hold them too it if you decide you want to go through this disrespectful management.

In all the time I have interacted with rental agencies, Bridger Property Management is undoubtedly the most unprofessional and deceitful group I have ever seen. I had the misfortune of renting from them for a period of several months. They were untrustworthy, deceitful, lazy and utterly worthless in dealing with the myriad problems at their facility.One of my main issues was noise. The tenants above me had a habit of loud music, jumping, banging, etc. etc. When I went to Bridger Property Management about the problem, they told me there was nothing they would do. It was their responsibility to deal with the issue, and they did NOTHING.When I finally left, not being able to take it anymore, the landlady cheated me out of $200. When I moved in, being under special circumstances that might force me to move on short notice, she told me that she would not charge me a break lease fee. Well, she did. DO NOT EVER trust these people! Find another agency before you regret it!!
