I have been with several other insurance carriers in the past, though I have yet to have one that has had the customer service like Rivard. They answer your questions very quickly and handle everything in a timely manor.
I always find the representatives here to be very helpful and explain the details of my policy well to me. They charge fair rates for coverage and are there when you need them.
