TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to call the customer service hotline and the manager at the store (Christina Major) lied to the Customer Service Rep about what she told me in the store, in order to make her case. I ended up with a wedding ring that I can't even wear and I am not about to give them my business to make it fit correctly. Unforgiveable! Do not trust the women in the store, they have no integrity. I would never trust them with my precious jewels or heirlooms.
