Very bad customer service. Applied for an auto loan and it was a waste of my time. No, I am not upset that I was not eligible, it was the way I was treated. After filling out paperwork I was told to send in additional information which I did right away. For the next 5 days I left 1 phone message per day plus 1 email message since you can't beyond their VM system. After 5 days of this went into the bank and waited for an hour for someone who I was told had my paperwork. Still waiting I finally told them I was taking off work just to get an answer from them. Only to find out I was denied. No problem, that's all they would have to tell me either by email or RESPOND back to me by phone. So unprofessional. Got my auto loan & car right after that by another lender who treated me much better!
