General Info

Douglas Counseling is a practice specializing in relationship issues for both couples and individual men. I have a unique ability to connect with couples and especially men who are reluctant to enter counseling. I have extensive professional and personal experience with relationships, communication, parenting, and the challenges that couples face in today’s society. I also specialize in working with men dealing with a host of issues including relationships, self-esteem, lack of confidence, and under-performance in a number of life areas. My work helps couples and individuals to understand the patterns that they get stuck in as well as solutions to exit the harmful patterns and develop more healthy relationships. I am trained in EFT Couples Therapy and focus on the attachment and bond that is usually at the root of the issue for most relationships. I also provide workshops for couples and individual men to learn how to communicate more effectively.
