Just placed an order to have delivered to my mothers house for her birthday- the flowers that are online are the not the same flowers we received. When i called to give my feedback to see if they could send the correct bouquet to my mothers house- the person who calls herself the manager screamed at me and called me a POS.

Please think twice as the pictures online are not what is delivered to your family- this company takes advantage and has terrible customer service skills!

USED TO SEND FOR A FRIEND FLOWERS WERE FRESH DELIVERED ON TIME WITH A GIANT UNEXPECTED VASE! THE STAFF WAS ATTENTIVE AND ASKED OTHER QUESTIONS I DIDN'T THINK OF ASKING. GREAT JOB BEST FLOWER COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED IN ALL MY YEARS! WILL USE AGAIN AND AGAIN

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I ordered a Baby bouquet from their website and what was delivered looked NOTHING like the picture! I called to complain and the OWNER of the company YELLED AT ME and told me that if the lady whom I ordered the flowers for could bring the arrangement down, she would take a look at it. My friend just had a c-section 4 days ago! How in the world can she find time to physically go down to the florist shop and argue over an arrangement that was sent to her! NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS FLORIST! RUDE AND THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE.

DISGRACEFUL!!! Did not deliver during the promised time frame, for which they did not apologize or offer to remedy the situation. When I asked to cancel the order, I was hung up on. I do not live in FL and do not know this shop personally, but any business that is so blatantly disrespectful to a client is not one I would recommend spending money in. Beware!!!

I was promised flower delivery for next day for a celebration. They were not delivered, despite giving them both home and cell number to reach prior to delivery, and despite the recipient calling to arrange a delivery time with Boynton Villager. Two days after the celebration, I spoke with the manager who said he would not do anything to make up for the post-celebration gift, that I could either get exactly what I paid for or cancel. The choice seemed obvious.

This is possibly the worst florist I have ever come in contact with. Relatives sent my mother via FTD flowers from this so called florist for Mother's Day. They arrived in complete dirty water with most of the flowers already dead. What was not dead, a couple of roses, were already losing their petals. Called and spoke with the owner. Have never in my life been so floored by the way I was spoken to especially by someone in the service industry. She is rude and nasty. She abruptly said we had to come back with the flowers to receive a replacement. My 80 year old mother went in to return the flowers and unfortunately had to suffer the same abuse by this witch as I did. Do not ever use this florist...what a nightmare!!! Pass this on to anyone who may be using FTD in the future. Make sure they know to tell them not to use Boynton Villager Florist. There are too many other great florists in Boynton!!!

DO NOT ORDER ON LINE FROM THESE PEOPLE. THE $110.00 FLOWERS SENT FOR MOTHERS DAY "LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE BOUGHT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD" SAID MY MOM. THE OWNER, INSTEAD OF BEING HELPFUL, WAS ARROGANT("I'VE BEEN IN BIZ 14 YRS") AND NASTY.
