I had SHIELD install a video surveillance system in my business recently and I am so happy that I did. I like that I can view activity online or on my phone so that I know what is happening ANY TIME at my business. Thanks for the peace of mind that your service provides. SHIELD's service was superb! I called three other alarm companies including the one offering a "free" system. After Ken at SHIELD explained how those "free" systems weren't really free - but that that the monitoring fee was just inflated, I was determined to work with an honest company. Shield is an honest, locally company that truly services its customers and I'm happy to be one of them! I'm totally satisfied and would refer them to my friends and family.
