Wendy are. Whenever my roommates or I would email them with multiple issues, they frequently ignored the questions they didn't want to answer. I asked for the potholes in the driveway to be filled at least 10 times, and it never happened. I asked for a key to the garage door so we could park our cars in it, and they gave me the wrong key. When I told them, they said they'd get to it and never did. We didn't get to use the garage at all for our cars the entire year. We also had to get our toilet fixed multiple times in one week before they finally replaced it. We had an appointment with Wendy in the evening one day before we even moved in, but after we signed the lease. We showed up and Wendy admitted she was drunk. We paid way more than the property was worth, and they definitely overcharged for the end of the year cleaning. Overall, I wouldn't recommend renting with Carty Rentals.
