Shady place you but a gift card that has an expiration date on the back which you don't see and they don't tell you never use again

This is my favorite salon and spa that I have ever been to!! The staff is very well trained and it is such a great atmosphere!!!!

Purchased gift card that was no longer honored after new management took over store. Management established new policies & did a poor job, at best, at getting out the fact they would not honor gift cards purchased before a certain date. The recipient of my gift card used it AFTER the new policies, but was never advised of them. They tried to use the remaining part of the gift card & was told it would not be honored. Discussed with management who blamed the prior owners & refused to any responsibility whatsoever. They were unconcerned that staff had violated their rules the first time my recipient used the gift card & equally ambivalent that their staff did not advise at that time of the new rules. Have patronized this salon for over 9 years, but I will not be back. Did not feel management cared about its customers at all - more concerned about blaming the prior owner. Ironically, NEVER had any problems during the previous owner's management. Can't recommend this salon w/ this mgmnt.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS! I HAD ONE THAT IS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD AND WILL NOT HONOR!!!!!! I HAVE DONE A TON OF BUSINESS IN THE PAST, BUT WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS.

I just went to do the Mystic Tan It was Ok But the instructions were not pointed out. The tan streakedMy fault but i wish they had of pointed it out !!I will try it again. Love $7.00 Mon and Tues. Hope they keep it up I will be in every week!!!

I've been there twice. I wouldn't waste any more money on a body wrap, that's for sure. The best experience of my life was a facial with Karen. Heavenly! I also went back for another with a different girl, and it was ok, but after being spoiled the first time.... The pedicure was great that time, though. I think that gift certificates for Sun Suites is one of the best gifts ever.
