"This property management has now changed their name to SELECT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT but is ran by the same staff and has the same owner as before. would not recommend this company to anyone. they will not fix any of your maintenance requests correctly. they will charge you when you move out for problems that were mentioned or noted when you moved in. they will also charge you for problems that do not exist. I suggest if you are set on renting one of their properties take LOTS of photos of every detail of the property before you move your property in as well as after you move out before turning your keys in. If you don't they are likely to take you for all of you deposit in addition to charging you likely thousands and there is nothing you can do about it at that point. The staff is very rude and snobby.
