Called to see if they hand a basket for the front of my mothers walker they said they did so I drove across town to find out they had no basket and said they never told me that they simply lied

Will never go back there again. Was not told cost me 20% to restock shoe it I return it what a rip of. I paid 150 and only get 120 of it back. I should not have to paid the 20% .

While in Bowling Green my Harmar power chair lift quit working. It obviously needed a new motor. We contacted Priority 1 because they represented themselves as a dealer for Harmar. They mad a phone call to Harmar and my wife heard the part quoted to Priority 1 at a little less than $95.00. When the part was quoted to us the price became $800.00 plus installation. We obviously told them they were nuts. We return home to New Mexico and the full replacement cost from our local dealer, Mobility Products, was $295.00.
