Cut long formal to short. Ended up being four inches off floor when it was fitted at the shop to be skimming the floor. Nothing you can do when they cut to much off. When my husband went to pick it up with a check made out to Imogene's, the lady working that day said that she did the work and wanted to be paid directly. He had to run to an ATM to pay her. She also threw out the material that was cut off the dress. Very unprofessional. I will never take anything back to be altered

Not very helpful or courteous over the phone. Hung up on me after about thirty seconds mid question. I will go somewhere else.
