Worst living conditions ever. Black mold, trashy loud neighbors, vehicle break ins, drugs, horrible staff, nice looking pool that is rarely open, and you will NEVER get your deposit back! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Unless you like living in an overpriced slum. Oh yeah, the model looks nothing like the actual apt. Don't get tricked like we did!

It seems really nice - until you're stuck in the lease agreement (READ EVERY SINGLE WORD!! SERIOUSLY!!). Problems with sewage, pipes, etc after 30 days - is on YOU. The walls are extremely thin and their windows are horrible. The ladies in the office are horrible to deal with. They don't care about you AT ALL! When you move out you have to pay to have the carpets PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED. The "deposit" of $300 is really only $125 security deposit. The other $175 is a FEE you'll never see again. & good luck getting that $125 back when you move out. No matter how nice the place is left, you'll probably never see it again. Would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this place to ANYONE!
