This daycare has very high turnover with staff. The teachers are not very responsive to messages from parents. Academic work isn't done daily with the kids due to the fact that the teachers are always leaving and the temporary placements are not consistent with the work load. Although the facility is appealing to the eyes the academic delivery of the work isn't sound. I will rather have my kid in a school that is learning something than in one that's not doing anything but playing. I will not recommend this daycare. Most teachers are young and cannot have a proper conversation with the parents.

I love the tour, follow up call and details for the 1st day of school to get you into the schoo.. However their package materials copies weren't totally legible. The 1st day of school seems as though they were not prepared for my son his cobbie label wasn't made. When we got there none of his room teachers were there and it seems as though I dropped him off and he had no person that will be long term for him to associate with instead he had 2 teachers in the drop off breakfast room that didn't even know it was his 1st day. I asked the front office for his teacher to call me to let me know how his 1st day was going nobody called. The room teacher isn't in daily and the other teachers from other rooms alternate during the day. The breakfast room seems to be out of ratio with teachers/kids. I'm not totally comfortable with the way they have greeted my son and he still isn't settled after 2 weeks. I will still wait and see how he settles in and how the teachers interract with him.
