My experience at this practice has been a roller coaster. I was very comfortable with the Medical Assistants from the beginning of the year but then new faces appeared and destroyed this practice. The other ladies make me feel very uncomfortable and i feel like they didn't even complete school. They are very unprofessional and do not even know the basic steps of taking blood pressure. Also Nurse Beebe is a hot head. Some visits I can hear her yelling at the staff in the hallways which is very unladylike and unprofessional. There needs to be major changes in the office or i will be forced to take my complaints to the board. Get rid of the female medical assistants they need more school time and training.
