Allen Elementary School is one of the elementary schools governed by the Burlington-Edison School District, and offers classes from grades kindergarten through eight. Its curriculum includes English, science, social studies, mathematics, performing and visual arts, and music. The elementary school has a fully equipped library and computer laboratory, and also provides various after school programs. It has various clubs, and a parent-teacher organization to support the work of the school system, including enrichment programs, special events and projects. The school operates a federally approved lunch program, and provides transportation services as well. The elementary school is located in Bow, Wash., and enrolls more than 450 students in Skagit County.
