Never going back. First of all, when you call, the secretary makes it sound like they're really busy. When you arrive there, there's not a soul to be seen - only the dr, no secretary either. He does a bunch of tests, and then tells you, your insurance doesn't cover them, and he won't tell you the results unless you pay him extra!! (He should mention this before wasting your time to do the tests!). If you refuse to pay, he makes you sign a waiver saying, conditions like blindness can go undetected and he's not responsible! He takes a bunch of unnecessary information from you - something other optometrists have never taken. He also did nothing in trying to help me choose a pair of glasses - so needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere for them. I would definitely go elsewhere.
