The company evolved into Blackburn Drainage and Construction in 1984 and Incorporated in 2004. Blackburn Drainage and Construction, Inc is a family-owned and operated underground construction company specializing in septic system installation and repair throughout San Diego County. Our trained professional staff will work quickly and safely to get your old system running again or your new system installed. We also provide a number of repair services such as inlet outlet replacement, septic tank top reconstruction, and septic tank lid risers installations.
