Sweetwater Kitchen is located down scenic Hell's Backbone Rd. just seven miles from the town of Boulder, Utah. 95% of all ingredients used are organic and we also source from our on-site organic garden. All meat is organic and pasture raised and from the state of Utah. Outdoor seating with outstanding views of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument are available every evening. A full bar with a highly-rated wine list and a creative cocktail menu make our restaurant a perfect location for a casual date out on the patio or veranda. Cuisine is influenced by Southwestern traditions, neo-American flavors and some international fare. Sweetwater Kitchen also caters to all kinds of dietary restrictions and we will accommodate any needs of our guests. Catering is available for weddings, retreats, family reunions etc. Reservations are recommended but walk-ins are accepted.
