Pizza with BIG size & BIG taste If you're looking for the best pizza… well then just stop here. Because to us, pizza isn’t about measurements, penny pinching or seeing what we can get away with. To us, it's an art. We do our very best to paint a picture that is pleasing to the eyes, tastes just as good as it looks, and fill you to bursting. Try one today!!! What makes it so special? Well, Let's start with the crust. The dough we use is made in house with a recipe tried and tested for decades. Once that crust is made, we butter the plump outer crust and layer it with premium grated parmesan. Then comes the sauce. we’ve played with different ingredients until we've found the perfect blend of garlic, italian spices, parmesan and Olive oil to taste to perfection. Then we add a hefty layer of 80% Mozzarella 10% Provolone and 10% Cheddar for simple yet perfect cheesy taste. Then comes the toppings. Just to give you an idea of how much we put on the pizza, our 16” Pepperoni pizza comes layered with between 85-90 slices of pepperoni!!! Yeah, if we do that for just a plain ol’ pep, imagine what we do for a supreme! Once topped, we cover it with a light sprinkle of cheese, then bake it at 500 Degrees till the crust is golden and the cheese on top is crispy. This allows for everything inside to be gooey cheesy good. Once out, a light drizzle of olive oil is added to enhance flavor and ta-da! Best. Pizza. Ever.
