The Diaz Farm is a family farm located in North Boulder, Colorado. We are committed to producing healthy, delicious, wholesome, nutritious food for our valued customers and CSA shareholders. We promise to be good stewards of the land, and will rely exclusively on ecological organic farming methods, in order to maximize the nutritional value of the food we grow. Our offerings include seasonal vegetables harvested fresh from our farm; farm fresh eggs from our own free-range hens; handmade artisan pastas; artisan sourdough breads and fruit empanadas which we bake daily.
