Took my mower in for a simple repair. Was quoted a $60 minimum and signed off on it. Seemed steep to me, but I'd driven out there on my lunch hour and left it because the grass was long and I was running out of time and options. My big mistake. I was called later in the week with an estimate of $75. Turns out the $60 minimum was only for labor. There was another $15 in parts. I had assumed (and this is my fault) that the $60 minium was parts AND labor. Not true obviously. I just don't think this is a company that does many residential lawnmower repairs and $75 to them is cheap. To me, it's not!
