Boulder University Inn is conveniently located, clean and has friendly staff, butoperates on a shoestring and doesn't get outside service to help resolvesmechanical or other problems..We have stayed there many times. There is always some shortfall in amenities offered. However, our last stay was very disappointing:1) MAIN ROOM LIGHT NOT WORKING - took 4 days to resolve porblem. 2) ROOM INTERNET POOR SIGNAL - this has been the case for the last 2 years we stayed there (we stay in same room). Manager claims no other complaints, but we do not believe this. They have a 24/7 outside help line for Internet problems, but no one ever picks up this line or returns calls.3) SODA and SNACKS MACHINES NOT WORKING FOR 10 DAYS WE WERE THERE. 4) LOBBY PRINTER NOT WORKING PROPERLY for the 10 days we stayed there
