      I hired Shawn Logan to draw house designs for me. It was a very bad and costly decision. It took him 7 months to make the plans. Measurements were not correct so subs had to rework dimensions to get the plans to work. This was true for the foundation as well as room dimensions. He put a column in a walkway, it was removed after it was built. The roof plan had to be redone. The septic plan didnt work; I had to pay twice to get a workable permit. I had to move the main electrical panel because he put it in the wrong place in the plans which cost us over 6000.00. The plumbing plan was not good. It was completely redone by someone else. It took him over 2 months to correct all the mistakes from the building dept. He was rude to my subs, the subs refused to deal with him. He cheated on the contract by overcharging me more than was stated in the contract, and charging extra for items that were listed as being included. With all the costly delays and problems this guy is a joke! Please beware.
