This restaurant is OUTSTANDING! We first visited when the restaurant had just opened and we were delighted with the food and service. The fajitas are great and everything is very fresh. Prices are very fair. We just love the family atmosphere and how welcome the owners make you feel. It is our new favorite place to go!

My daughter and her friends had a surprise party and she was thrilled to see everyone from Jalisco's Bothell at their new restaurant. Great food and great service as usual.Her mom and I are looking forward to visiting the new digs.

Pasion Tequila is an outstanding new Mexican restaurant in Bothell. I went today for lunch and had a chicken enchilada with salsa verde from their lunch menu. I was pleased with the portion size which was not oulandishly large for a lunch meal (as is often the case at Mexican restaurants.) The portion was just large enough to be filling without leaving me feeling overly stuffed. And most importantly it was very delicious. The verde sauce was very flavorful and the chicken tender and juicy. The rice and beans were also very good - better than you find in most Mexican restaurants. The chips tasted very fresh and the salsa and pico de gallo were both addictively good! Again, this is a brand new restaurant and they have done a beautiful job renovating and decorating their space. The walls are painted a warm corally color and everything looks fresh and professional. I highly recommend Pasion Tequila and look forward to going back again soon!
