Excellent service! Rick and his coworkers are very knowledgeable experts on home appliances and repair. I brought my clothes dryer in for repairs, and Rick diagnosed and repaired it within 30 minutes. They have a wide selection of merchandise for sale as well.

No bargains here! Bought a Whirlpool washer (from a nice guy named Rick) at a terrific price. Got it home and thought I'd run it empty just to wash out the tub. Good thing I was close by because I soon realized that the water in the washer had been running for much too long. By the time I checked, water was pouring out the back of the machine and about an inch was on the floor. It had gone down the vent and leaked through the basement ceiling. When I ran downstairs, it was like a rainstorm in my storage space! What a mess. I called the store immediately and was told it was likely the drain hose that had come off during transport of the washer. But upon inspection, that was not the problem. A guy from the store came out the next day only to find the hose that sensed the water level was not working, nor was the timer. I was told there was no compensation for the damage that was done to my basement room. I got a refund. The guy in the office acted annoyed about it. Poor customer service.
