      I left an auto repair business after 15 yrs. as they were doing unneccesary repairs. I then made an apt. with a business that sent several flyers, made an apt. and on arrival they needed 2 days to do a simple tuneup. Went into Doc's explaining my situation-he took me in without an apt., gave me a ride home himself and even made an exception and took my personal check! He totally believes in customer service and I"ll forever be a customer! Thank you Doc and crew for taking my car in when you were very busy-relief to find someone who believes in customer service!
