One of the best apartments I have lived in. Calls for maintenance are answered immediately if not the same day. Very nice neighbors in the building. I would recommend living here to anyone! Great apartment and great price.

Very happy residing in this apartment building. Service calls are responded to almost immediately. Very friendly people living in the building, will offer help without asking. Manager addresses all concerns immediately, and she always goes out of her way to help. Very happy here.

Horrible landlord! Very nice and polite prior to signing lease, then turned on a dime less than two weeks after we moved in.Plays favorites with long term tennants. Only references the parts of the lease that are in her favor, not the lease in its entirety. Then acts like she doesn't know the lease when there are issues.Sliding window to porch froze and developed ice inside the apartment throughout the winter - no response from maintenance.NEVER plowed before 10:00 am, walkways never shoveled or salted.Lawn maintenance is done from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm and they milk it the entire time.Beware!!! Landlord will make promises then fall back on them claiming the "office" won't approve what she already promised.I would not recommend this apartment complex for ANYONE.

Very nasty landlord. Great until you sign the lease. God forbid if you call the posted number for maintainece. False promises before signing lease. Oh and forget about getting the apartments plowed in the winter... You have to shovel your way out!! Worse place ever.

HOrrible! Very loud building...nothing gets fixed in timly manner. Have been repainting the inside for 2 years! Nothing is getting done on them. nasty landlord she is great until u sign the lease then she doesnt care. children are direspectful damage to my vehicle from kids.
