An absolute nightmare dealing with these people. I waited for an extra two days for a package that was supposed to be priority overnight shipped from Comcast. First they hold onto it at their sorting facility for a night, minor annoyance but I can tolerate it. Next I find out they've been given the wrong address by Comcast, not initially the fault of UPS but I was given no notice of needing to contact them back and correct the problem. They tell me it can't be resent out so it'd have to be held at the Customer Center at 647 Summer St between 7:30-8pm...right before they close. Unfortunately for me there's absolutely no indication of a UPS store anywhere from the street. So my wife and I were out of luck considering they were closing and that was the soonest we would get our package. The next day my wife spends another hour driving around trying to locate the damn place. She asks directions from 3 different people. Still to no avail since they don't have a damn sign anywhere.

Still waiting for package, since Friday 2/22/13 I've been told it is on the truck for delivery. I am at home all day, every day waiting for UPS and they haven't showed up. They said someone would call but no one did so I called back and was told it's on the truck but I still didn't get it. I called again and they called and said it was not put on the truck but they will send it tomorrow. Tomorrow is here and I am still waiting three hours after the estimated time they told me. I know UPS does not deliver this late in my area unless it's the holiday season or the driver is fooling around. They have until 7pm but some guy just called at 6:43 pm and said the driver still has 40 pkgs before he gets to me so he doesn't know what time he will get to me he is working until 10 pm. Pls check this out, I have his voice recorded and I am going all the way because whoever ate my cake should lose his job.
